Implements the CDMP Commerce land use category by allowing multiple-family residential dwellings, a wide range of commercial usues, select recreation and entertainment uses, mixed residential and commercial uses, select public and institutional uses and places of assembly in the following urban contexts as indentified in the CDMP; Urban Commercial and office; Medium Density Residential; Medium-High Density Residential; Urban Center; Urban Core and Golden Glades area. This area is intended to revitalize commercial centers in the City, thereby generating revenue and providing ample and convienient shopping for residents. The Entertainment Overlay District also encourages large scale development of entertainment uses.
